Do I need training to use PsychReport.ai?
No formal training required. PsychReport.ai follows familiar psychological assessment workflows: if you can administer a WISC-V, you can use the platform. Most practitioners generate their first report within 15 minutes of signing up. We provide a dedicated Getting Started guide in our Help Center that walks through the full workflow: create a client, start a session, add assessments, enter scores, and generate your report. Additional guides cover Smart Score Import, AI style training, and more. Email support is available if you need help, but most users are up and running on their own.
Can PsychReport.ai learn my writing style?
Yes. Go to the Style Library, select your evaluation type (Psychoeducational, Neuropsychological, ADHD, etc.), and upload 1-3 PDF samples of your past reports. The AI analyzes your formality level, sentence structure, transitional phrasing, and terminology preferences, then saves an encrypted style profile. When you generate reports of that type, the AI applies your profile so the output matches your clinical voice. Users typically see editing time drop from 15-20 minutes to 5-10 minutes after setting up a style profile. You own your profiles and can delete them at any time.
Is my patient data safe with PsychReport.ai?
Your data is protected by multiple layers of security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure with strict data isolation between practices. We never use patient data to train AI models. Uploaded score documents are automatically deleted after 14 days. We enforce multi-factor authentication, maintain detailed audit logs, and conduct periodic security assessments. You retain full ownership of all your data with the ability to export or delete it at any time.
