We maintain executed Business Associate Agreements with all vendors that may access Protected Health Information. Our agreements with all LLM providers explicitly prohibit the use of any PHI or personal data processed through PsychReport.ai for model training purposes. Non-PHI information may be processed according to our service providers' standard terms.
Corporate Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing arrangement, or asset sale, your information may be included in the transferred assets.

We may disclose information when legally required or in response to lawful requests from governmental authorities, courts, or regulatory agencies.
