What It Does
Smart Score Import lets you upload your PDF score reports directly to any assessment in PsychReport. Our AI reads the document, identifies the relevant scores, and pre-fills your scoring form automatically.
That means no more transcribing. No more cross-referencing printouts. No more "did I enter that standard score or the scaled score?" moments at 10pm.
The workflow is simple:
Upload → Extract → Review → Generate
- Click Upload Score Results on any assessment card
- Our AI extracts scores from your PDF
- Scores appear pre-filled in your familiar entry form
- You review, adjust if needed, and confirm
- Generate your report
What Doesn't Change
Your clinical judgment. That's the part that matters, and it was never ours to automate.
Every extracted score surfaces for your review before it touches your report. If something looks off, you edit it. Manual entry remains available for every field. You stay in control of what goes into the narrative — we just eliminated the part where you copy numbers from one screen to another.
This is also fully HIPAA-compliant. Scores are processed through our standard de-identification pipeline before AI handling, consistent with our Business Associate Agreement. Nothing has changed on the compliance side.
Why We Built This
Rebecca — my co-founder and the licensed psychologist behind PsychReport's clinical framework — has spent 25+ years writing assessment reports. She knows exactly how much cognitive overhead goes into the transcription step. It's not hard work. It's just tedious work that sits between you and the actual clinical thinking.
Smart Score Import is our way of clearing that path.
